Hotlink Postpaid Loyalty Bonus

  • As a loyal Hotlink Postpaid subscriber with a tenure of more than six (6) months, you will receive additional monthly mobile internet data (Loyalty Bonus Mobile Internet) as a reward under the Hotlink Postpaid Loyalty Bonus programme. This bonus is automatically activated for you within forty (40) days after the end of your bill cycle in your 7th month of tenure and you will be notified via SMS and/or the Hotlink app. Your Loyalty Bonus Mobile Internet will refresh at the beginning of each monthly billing period, and you will continue to enjoy it as long as your service remains active with an eligible Hotlink Postpaid plan. The reward will be allocated accordingly based on the following rate plans:

  • The order of the quota that you will use is as follows:

    1. Experiential Passes (Unlimited music/Unlimited chat)
    2. Time-based Passes (Daily, 14 days, or monthly passes)
    3. Rewards Passes
    4. Hotlink Postpaid Free Data Pass
    5. Loyalty Bonus Mobile Internet
    6. Rate Plan Base Data
  • Once you have depleted the Hotlink Postpaid Loyalty Bonus quota, you will revert to using your base plan quota, and the bonus data will be refreshed again on your next billing cycle date.
  • Yes, you will continue to enjoy your loyalty quota allocated for Hotlink Postpaid 30, Hotlink Postpaid 60, and Hotlink Postpaid 70.

  • No, for existing Hotlink Postpaid 30 customers, you will still enjoy 5GB of the loyalty quota. The 2GB (4G/5G) and 2GB (5G) are only applicable for new sign-ups of Hotlink Postpaid 30.

  • On your Hotlink app, go to the Data Pool page and you will see the Hotlink Postpaid Loyalty Free Pass details and expiry date.

  • No, your Hotlink Postpaid Loyalty Bonus will be refreshed even if there is any balance left.

  • No, you must be a Hotlink Postpaid customer with a tenure of more than 6 months to enjoy this.

  • If you upgrade or downgrade your Hotlink Postpaid rate plan, you will enjoy the loyalty
    quota of your new rate plan, and your old rate plan's loyalty quota will be discontinued.
