Hotlink Postpaid Loyalty Bonus – FAQ

  • As a Hotlink Postpaid subscriber, you will receive an additional FREE monthly high-speed data every month (Loyalty Bonus Mobile Internet) as a reward under Hotlink Postpaid Loyalty Bonus program after you have reached more than 6 months of tenure ship.

    The Loyalty Bonus Mobile Internet will be activated automatically for you within 30 days on month 7 or 8.

    The Loyalty Bonus Mobile Internet will be refreshed on every billing cycle date, and you will continue to enjoy it every month if your service remains active within Hotlink Postpaid plans.

    The reward shall be allocated accordingly based on the following rate plans:

  • Once you have depleted the Hotlink Postpaid Loyalty Bonus Quota, you will revert to using your base plan quota, and the bonus data will be refreshed again on your next billing cycle date.

  • On your Hotlink app, go to Data Pool page and you will see the Hotlink Postpaid Loyalty Free Pass details and expiry date.

  • No, your Hotlink Postpaid Loyalty Bonus will be refreshed even if there is any balance left.

  • No, you must be a Hotlink Postpaid customer with a tenure of more than 6 months to enjoy this.
