• How do I redeem FREE Viu Premium Access?

  1. Go to Hotlink App, visit "Maxis TV"
  2. Click "Viu" icon.
  3. For monthly internet pass subscribers, click on "30-day Free Viu Premium Access (RM0.00)", proceed to click "BUY NOW".
  4. Wait for confirmation on pass activation.
  5. Start streaming your favourite shows.

• What are the conditions for redemptions?

  Anyone with an ACTIVE eligible pass may redeem the FREE Viu Premium Access within its redemption period.

• I purchased a monthly Mobile Internet Pass last month, however it has expired, and I have not redeemed the FREE Viu Premium Access yet; can I redeem it now?

  You will need an active Mobile Internet Pass to redeem the FREE Viu Premium Access

• I am already subscribed to Viu; can I redeem the FREE Viu Premium Access?

  You need to cancel your existing Viu subscription before redeeming the FREE Viu from Hotlink app.

• Will my Viu Premium Access be auto renewed for FREE during the promotion period?

  Yes, Viu will auto renew for FREE only if you have an active monthly Unlimited Internet Pass at time of renewal.

• What is the maximum number of times I can redeem the 30-day FREE Viu Premium Access?

  As long as you have an active monthly pass, you can redeem the 30-day FREE Viu Premium Access.

• Will I be given internet quota for streaming on Viu?

  No, internet usage will be drawn from any of your active internet passes.

• Will I be charged for Viu after the promotion ends on 31 December 2022?

  If you wish to subscribe, you may do so via the Hotlink App or www.hotlink.com.my/maxistv.
