  • Anyone with an active Monthly Data 2X with sooka Sports & Entertainment on Hotlink Postpaid 45, Hotlink Postpaid 60 and/or Hotlink Postpaid 70 plan is eligible for the sooka Sports & Entertainment (Mobile Only).

    1. Open to the Hotlink app > go to Internet > select Passes
    2. Purchase the RM9.90 Monthly Data 2X pass
    3. Once your purchase is confirmed, you may click the link in the confirmation SMS, OR
    4. In Hotlink app, tap the "Lifestyle" icon, and follow the instructions for sooka redemption on the Maxis Lifestyle page.
  • Yes, you can. Your sooka Sports & Entertainment access starts from the day of redemption.

  • No, you must have an active Monthly Data 2X pass at point of redemption.

  • You need to cancel your current sooka subscription before redeeming the sooka Sports & Entertainment 30 Days (Mobile Only) via sooka website or app, or through Maxis Lifestyle.

  • Yes, the RM9.90 Monthly Data 2X pass auto renews. As long as your pass is active and auto-renews, your sooka access will continue automatically each month after your initial redemption. You don't need to redeem it again.

  • Redemption is limited to one time per account.

  • No, internet usage will be drawn from any of your active internet passes.

  • To cancel, please call our Contact Centre at 123. If you cancel before the pass expires, you will still be able to use it until the expiry date.
