Bill Payment

  • You can pay your Hotlink Postpaid Bill online at :

     

    Sign up with our direct debit service via Hotlink app or Hotlink Self-serve portal.

  • Yes, you can pay online using JomPay. Our bill code is 1123

  • The physical payment channels are:

    • Self Serve Kiosk located at selected Maxis stores
    • Petrol kiosk and convenient stores with e-Pay
    • Pos Malaysia
  • We accept payment via cash, credit or debit card and online payment.

  • You can check on Hotlink app or Hotlink Self-serve portal, just go to ‘Bill’, tap on your account, select ‘Past’ to see your last 3 payments.

  • Please call us with the payment details.

  • At Maxis, our apps (Maxis app, Hotlink app), self-serve portals (Maxis Care and Hotlink Self Serve Portal) and our retail outlets accept payment by any Visa or Master; credit or debit cards issued by local banks.

    The cards issued by foreign banks are not supported.

  • To protect the security of your information during transmission, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts the information you input. URL for websites with SSL security will begin with "https".

    Plus, every credit or debit card entered, is stored in a PCI DSS-certified data centre. PCI-DSS is the highest standard practiced by global payment services and used by global banks and financial institutions.

  • You must be the owner of the credit or debit card and be able to receive and do the TAC verification for your payment.

  • The RM1 charge is to verify that you are the genuine cardholder & that your credit or debit card is still active.

    For credit cards, the amount is not charged to your card and will not be reflected in your statement.

    For debit cards, you will see the amount deducted, however you will be reimbursed with the RM1 within two weeks.

  • Once the payment is successful, you will receive confirmation SMS and email. Alternatively, you can check on Hotlink app or Hotlink Self-serve portal, just go to ‘Bill’, tap on your account, select ‘Past’ to see your last 3 payments.

  • On Hotlink app or Hotlink Self-serve portal just go to ‘Bill’, tap on your account, select ‘Past’ to see your last 3 payments history.

    Please give us a call if your payment is not listed.

  • For Hotlink app, just go to ‘Me’ and select ‘Payment Methods’

    For Hotlink Self Serve portal, just select your account, tap on Profile and select “Payment Methods”
