Call Me Alert

  • It is a bundle call service which includes:

    NotifyMe SMS:

    • Notifies you when the person you have tried to call just now is back online. Failure of calls due to: Phone is switched off, out of coverage area or out of battery. Also when receiver is on another call and there’s no Call Waiting activated.
    • The notification is valid for 2 hours from the last call attempt.


    TextBack:
    TextBack SMS will automatically be sent to your caller when you are unable to answer the call due to:

    FAILED CALL REASON AUTOMATED SMS
    No network RM0. TextBack (from +601xxxxxxxx): My phone is either switched off or I’m out of network coverage at my current location. Please call me back later. Thank you.
    Engaged RM0. TextBack (from +601xxxxxxxx): Hi, I am on the line now. Please call me back later. Thank you.
    Unanswered RM0. TextBack (from +601xxxxxxxx): Hi, I can't attend to your call now. Please call me back later. Thank you.
  • This is only applicable on mobile service. Not applicable for USP, MVNO, Broadband, e-Reload.

  • The fee is only RM1 (valid for 3 months, Auto-Renewal). Note: New subscribers will get 30 days free trial.

  • This happens if we failed to charge the full amount of RM1 for 3 months subscription. Therefore, we will only charge RM0.35 for 1 month subscription instead. On the next renewal, the normal RM1 for 3 months subscription will apply.

  • No,NotifyMe SMS & TextBack will not be sent to subscriber once the service has been unsubscribed.

  • No, your Call Me Alert subscription will be terminated immediately.

  • No. This service is applicable for Maxis/Hotlink numbers.

NotifyMe SMS

  • You will get NotifyMe SMS when they the person you failed to call earlier is back online. Failed call is due to:

    Not Available: phone is off/out of battery/out of coverage area

    Busy: no call waiting activated when subscriber was already engaged in a call

  • NotifyMe SMS is valid for 2 hours from the last call attempt.

  • No, NotifyMe SMS only applicable for Maxis/Hotlink subscribers.

TextBack

  • TextBack SMS will automatically be sent to your caller when you are unable to answer the call due to:
