If your phone comes with eSIM, here are the option to activate a new Hotlink Prepaid line with eSIM:-
- Via the Hotlink app: Click on "Get NEW Prepaid eSIM" and follow the on-screen instructions. Once your registration is successful, you can download the eSIM profile directly through the app or from a link sent to your email.
- At a Maxis Centre: You can request an eSIM activation kit at any Maxis Centre. The kit includes a card with a QR code that you will need to scan to set up your eSIM.

Yes, you can convert your normal SIM to an eSIM if you have a compatible device. To do this, you must visit a Maxis Centre for assistance.

If you have your original eSIM activation kit:
➔ Re-scan the QR code on the card to reinstall your profile instantly.If you’ve lost the kit:
➔ Visit any Maxis Centre for assistance. A replacement eSIM may incur standard SIM replacement charges. -
First, please check the email address you provided during registration. We send manual installation guidance to that email. Follow those instructions to complete the setup. If the problem continues, you will need to visit a Maxis Centre for further assistance.
