  • HotlinkMU are personalized deals that's made to your need, created every day just for you.

  • Deals are available to all Hotlink customers, excluding Hotlink Tourist SIM and Hotlink Postpaid.

  • You can find the deals by logging into Hotlink RED App, shop under 'HotlinkMU'.

  • Personalized new deals will be refresh every day based on your usage needs. Offer type includes Internet, Calls, IDD bundles, Top Up and even FREE passes on your lucky day! Be sure to check back HotlinkMU deals everyday to not miss out on your great deals!

  • You can only accept 1 offer every day. However you may logon to Red App and accept a new offer the following day on your great deals!

  • After accepting a top up offer, make a single or cumulative top up as per the required top up amount by 11.59pm on the same day. You will receive the reward within 60mins. Only 1 reward will be granted per day.

  • HotlinkMU Unlimited Internet and Calls pass is a new addition to HotlinkMU daily deals. The pass comes with unlimited internet and calls. Check out your HotlinkMU deals everyday to not miss out on any great deals!

  • No, the HotlinkMU Unlimited Internet and Calls Passes are for usage on your smartphone only. 

  • There is no quota limit to the HotlinkMU Unlimited Internet Passes and Calls Passes, you will enjoy high speed internet and upon reaching the limit for Fair Usage Policy, you will surf on reduced speeds.

  • We offer unlimited internet with Fair Usage Policy (FUP). Upon reaching the FUP limits, users will be informed that they will be surfing on a reduced speed until the pass expires.
    The FUP limit varies for each internet pass;

    • 5GB for 1-day pass, 8GB for 2-days pass, 10GB for 3-days pass, 12GB for 5-days pass, 20GB for 10-days pass, 15GB for weekly pass and 50GB for monthly passes for high speed internet.
    • There’s no quota limit for surfing on reduced speed. The reduced speed is capped at 512kbps which allows fairly good user experience for video streaming on standard definition, social media apps, internet browsing, etc. 
  • The Unlimited Internet Pass with faster speed will take precedence.
    E.g. you have an existing HotlinkMU Unlimited Internet and Calls (5Mbps) 30-day pass. You purchase another Hotlink Prepaid Unlimited Internet and Calls (6Mbps) 30-day pass. All internet browsing will now be at 6Mbps instead of 5Mbps.
