We recommend bringing a hand fan, an umbrella and comfortable shoes to stay cool and comfortable throughout the day.

Each participant may play each game once.

Yes. All food served at the festival is Halal-certified.

The available food and drink selections vary by vendor and will be displayed at the event.

Each eligible participant can receive one voucher when redeeming in Hotlink App, while stocks last.

You can redeem selected food and drinks from participating GBB Fest vendors. Available items will be displayed at the event and are subject to availability.

No. The voucher is valid only for the selected items displayed at the event.

You can redeem it at participating food vendors at GBB Fest once you receive the physical GBB Fest voucher. Look out for the participating-vendor signage or ask our crew.

You may choose from the other available redemption items, subject to availability.

No. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or other rewards.

Vouchers and redemption items are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.

No. Once you have selected and redeemed a vendor voucher, it cannot be changed or exchanged. Please make sure you select your preferred vendor before completing the redemption.

No. Food vouchers are intended for the eligible participant only and may not be transferred, resold or exchanged.

No. Voucher redemption may require a valid active voucher within the app and is subject to verification.

Anyone watching the Hotlink IG or TikTok livestream is eligible to participate and win, subject to the stated T&Cs.

Winners are selected based on the fastest correct answer based on the timestamp during the livestream session

There will be 10 winners on TikTok and 10 winners on Instagram, for a total of 20 winners per session.

Winners can receive exclusive GBB merchandise such as GBB Jackets and Caps, as well as GBB Fest food vouchers.

Hotlink will contact the winners via DM within 24 hours after the livestream session.

Winners have 24 hours from the time they are contacted to confirm their prize claim

No. Each participant is eligible to win once per livestream session only.

No. Prizes must be collected by the winner. Winners are required to present their name, IC number and contact number for verification during collection.

Winners will be announced within 24 hours after the livestream session and contacted via DM

Winners must collect their prizes in person at the respective GBB Fest location stated during the livestream. For example, winners from the Kedah livestream must collect their prize at GBB Fest, Amanjaya Mall, Kedah.

The prize will be considered forfeited and may be awarded to another eligible participant.

No. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash, credit or alternative items.
