Hotlink Postpaid Zerolution is a smart device ownership program that allows you to purchase a device with RM0 upfront payment and pay for it over 24 months.

Effective 27th March onwards, new Hotlink Postpaid Zerolution sign-ups are exclusively available on Hotlink Postpaid 65 and Hotlink Postpaid 75 plans. Hotlink Postpaid 60 and Hotlink Postpaid 70 will no longer be eligible for new Hotlink Zerolution contracts. The program is offered on a limited-time basis to selected customers by invitation, subject to eligibility and credit requirements.

With Hotlink Postpaid Zerolution, you can pay off your device purchase via monthly installments, while device payment is collected upfront for a Normal Device Contract.

You are allowed to sign up for ONLY one (1) Hotlink Postpaid Zerolution contract per NRIC.

Yes, you may sign up for only one (1) Normal Device Contract if you have signed up for a Hotline Postpaid Zerolution contract.
Do note, to sign up for a Hotlink Postpaid plan (plan only or with any Device Contract):
- You must be 18 years and above and meet our credit requirements.
- Maximum of 2 mobile lines on Hotlink Postpaid plans per NRIC.

No, it is currently not offered with Hotlink Postpaid Zerolution at the moment.

If your device is lost or stolen, you may call us at 123 to block the IMEI of the Device.
You are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the device at all times and shall continue to pay the Zerolution monthly instalment for the Commitment Period and Extended Period.

Yes. You are welcome to upgrade your rate plan to an eligible Hotlink Postpaid plan with higher commitment, such as Hotlink Postpaid 65 or Hotlink Postpaid 75. However, downgrading your rate plan OR changing your rate plan to a non-eligible plan will be recognised as early termination of your Hotlink Postpaid Zerolution contract. This includes switching to older plans no longer offered for new Zerolution sign-ups if they are not considered an upgrade path.

Existing Hotlink Postpaid Zerolution customers on plans such as HP60 or HP70 will continue to be serviced as usual until their contract ends. You may also be eligible for upgrade campaigns or re-contracting campaigns on your current plan. However, please note that new Zerolution contracts from 27th March onwards will only be available on Hotlink Postpaid 65 and Hotlink Postpaid 75. If you are on an HP30 plan and wish to take a Hotlink Postpaid Zerolution contract after 27th March, you will have to upgrade to HP65 or HP75.
