The Hotlink Travel plan is exclusively available with the Travel Pack, offering a great travel experience. However, switching to the Hotlink Travel plan from other plans is not allowed.

To manage your account easily and enjoy our wide variety of rewards, download the Hotlink app from Google Play or Apple App Store. Alternatively, you may dial *100# to manage your account.

The Hotlink Travel pack gives you a 15-day or 30-day active period upon activation, depending on the preloaded data pass. Once your preloaded data pass has expired, you will enjoy an additional 15-day grace period (also known as inactive days).

During the inactive period, you will be able to receive incoming calls and SMS. To make outgoing calls, send SMS, and surf the internet, please perform a top-up. To avoid account termination and mobile number expiry, top up before the end of the inactive period to keep your Hotlink line active.

Your unused credit during the inactive period will be frozen, and you can only receive incoming calls and SMS. Upon your next top up, your unused credit balance will be combined with your new top-up amount.

During the inactive period, you will not be able to use the balance quota from your Internet pass. Top up to continue using your Internet pass.

You can enjoy 5G with this rate plan if you meet all the following requirements:

• Use a 5G-capable device.
• Have a 4G LTE SIM (to check, just dial *100*6*1*4# from your phone).
• Enable 5G settings on your device
• Be within 5G coverage

There is no quota limit to the Unlimited Internet Passes. You will enjoy high-speed internet, and upon reaching the limit for Fair Usage Policy, your speed will be reduced.

We offer unlimited internet with Fair Usage Policy (FUP). Upon reaching the FUP limits, users will be informed that they will be surfing on a reduced speed until the pass expires.

The FUP limit varies for each Hotlink Travel Pack:-

1. 100GB for 15 days pack
2. 200GB for 30 days pack
   

The reduced speed is capped at 512kbps which allows fairly good user experience for video streaming on standard definition, social media apps, internet browsing, etc.

Your account or SIM must be active for you to use any services (outgoing call and SMS or browsing the internet). You will be able to use your remaining quota once you have topped up.

The Unlimited Internet Pass with faster speed will take precedence.

For example, if you have an existing Unlimited Internet and Calls (6Mbps) 30-day pass and then purchase another Unlimited Internet and Calls (12Mbps) 30-day pass, your internet browsing speed will be upgraded to 12Mbps instead of 6Mbps.

The unlimited voice calls include domestic fixed landlines, mobile lines, emergency numbers, and 1800 numbers within Malaysia. Charges may apply to calls made to special numbers (eg. 1300/121/20018).
