Service Specific Terms & Conditions – HotlinkMU Campaign with GXBank (“SSTC”)

Service Specific Terms & Conditions – Hotlink Raya Voucher 2024 Promotion (“SSTC”)

    1. This is the terms and conditions of HotlinkMU Campaign with GXB (“Campaign”) promoted by Maxis Broadband Sdn Bhd (“Maxis”) in collaboration with GX Bank Berhad (“GXB”).
    2. Reward: Get extra RM10 Hotlink Prepaid credit with minimum RM30 top up via GXBank Debit Card
    3. You: Person(s) who participate(s) in this Campaign.
    4. Campaign Period: 20th June 2024 03:00:00 – 31st October 2024 11:59:59 (both dates inclusive) or earlier, subject to availability of the Reward and on “first come, first-served” basis.
    5. This Campaign and your use of the Service(s) are subject to the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”) at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/hotlink/general/, this SSTC, Maxis Fair Usage Policy (“FUP”) accessible at www.maxis.com.my/FUP and any other applicable terms and conditions, all available at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/hotlink/.
    6. Capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
    7. Any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC and the GTC shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) Campaign Terms & Conditions; and (b) GTC.
    8. Maxis reserves the rights without liability, to revise this SSTC and Campaign. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions will be superseded. You agree and accept that you are responsible for regularly reviewing information on the Campaign at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/campaigns/hotlinkmu-gxbank including changes to this SSTC and Campaign. Your participation of this Campaign (after the Effective Date of any revision/change to the terms and conditions of this SSTC and/or Campaign shall constitute unconditional acceptance by you of such revisions/changes and you shall be bound by the same.
    1. To be eligible to participate in this Campaign, you must:
      1. be at least 18 years of age;
      2. be a Hotlink Prepaid subscriber who have activated your Hotlink Prepaid pack with number for at least thirty (30) days;
      3. not have your Hotlink Prepaid account being suspended or terminated for whatsoever reasons during the Campaign Period; and
      4. be a resident in Malaysia.
    2. Eligible Participants” of this Campaign shall mean the person who are eligible to participate in this Campaign, and shall be subject to proof of eligibility and suitability requirements as stipulated within this SSTC and as determined by Maxis.
    3. Notwithstanding the above, your eligibility to participate in the Campaign and Maxis giving out of the Offer are subject to our absolute discretion.
    1. The offer for the Campaign (“Campaign Offer”) will be made available in the Eligible Participants’ Hotlink app during the Campaign Period.
    2. Eligible Participants will be able to see and accept the Campaign Offer under the HotlinkMU Top Up offers section via Hotlink app.
    3. To participate, Eligible Participants must be an existing customer of GXB (with a GXB debit card) and must click and accept the Campaign Offer in their Hotlink app.
      1. If you are not an existing customer of GXB, you can open a GXB bank account and apply for a GXB debit card via GXB App (available here) to be an Eligible Participant.
    4. Upon acceptance of the Campaign Offer, Eligible Participants will have until 11:59 p.m. on the same day to perform top up of HotlinkMU Prepaid credit in the amount of RM30 or above in a single transaction using GXB debit card as payment mode in the Hotlink app.
    5. Eligible Participants who successfully performed the HotlinkMU Prepaid credit top up as described in Clause 15 above (“Successful Transaction”) will be entitled to receive the Reward.
    6. The Reward will be pushed to the Eligible Participant’s registered Hotlink Prepaid mobile number within one (1) hour after the Successful Transaction.
    7. The Reward give-away is limited to Fifty Thousands (50,000) participants only, on a “first come, first-served” basis during the Campaign Period. The Campaign Offer will cease to be offered (a) once the Reward has been fully given-away; or (b) at the expiration of the Campaign Period, whichever is earlier.

     

    1. You are not entitled to the Reward if any of the following occurs:
      1. you breach any of the terms and conditions of this SSTC;
      2. termination or suspension of your Hotlink Prepaid account during the Campaign Period;
      3. you have ported out during the Campaign Period; and/or
      4. change or transfer ownership of your Hotlink Prepaid account (which is used to participate in this Campaign) to another person during the Campaign Period.
    2. This Campaign does not apply to Hotlink Tourist SIM.
    1. Maxis is not an agent, subsidiary or affiliate of GXB and make no representation or warranties as to the quality, merchantability, fitness of GXB’s products and services and shall not be liable for any loss and damages suffered by you from the use of GXB’s products and services for the participation of this Campaign.
    2. The Reward is strictly for personal use only, not to be resale, and not exchangeable for cash. Any Reward unutilized and/or unredeemed are not encashable, returnable and/or refundable.
    3. Maxis’ decision on the selection of participants who are eligible and entitled to the Campaign Offer and Reward shall be final and conclusive and Maxis shall entertain no correspondence, complaint, or appeal at any time during or after the Campaign Period.
    4. In no event shall Maxis, its related and affiliated corporations, sponsors, agencies and representatives be liable to you or to anyone else for any loss or injury or any direct, indirect, special, exemplary, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, whether in contract, negligence or in tort, arising out of or in connection with the Campaign.
    5. Maxis shall not be liable to the participants or for any other party for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by a participant or such other party as a result of participation or non-participation in the Campaign or as a result of any act or omission on the part of Maxis.
    6. Maxis is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of our telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet.
    7. Maxis reserves the right, in its sole discretion, without prior notice, to disqualify any participant that is found or suspected of tampering with the operation of this Campaign or to be in violation of the terms and conditions.
