How do I self-register my new SIM pack?
- Download Hotlink App from Apple Store/ Google Play Store
- Scan the barcode on your SIM card
- Pick your Prepaid plan
- Scan your ID
- Complete your face ID
- Choose your mobile number
- Ensure your details are correct and click “Send”

How do I get a new Hotlink Prepaid line with eSIM?
If your phone comes with eSIM, here are the option to activate a new Hotlink Prepaid line with eSIM:-Via the Hotlink app: Click on "Get NEW Prepaid eSIM" and follow the on-screen instructions. Once your registration is successful, you can download the eSIM profile directly through the app or from a link sent to your email.At a Maxis Centre: You can request an eSIM activation kit at any Maxis Centre. The kit includes a card with a QR code that you will need to scan to set up your eSIM.I'm an existing Hotlink Prepaid customer.

Yes, you can convert your normal SIM to an eSIM if you have a compatible device. To do this, you must visit a Maxis Centre for assistance.I accidentally deleted my eSIM profile.
