If your phone comes with eSIM, here are the option to activate a new Hotlink Prepaid line with eSIM:-
- Via the Hotlink app: Click on "Get NEW Prepaid eSIM" and follow the on-screen instructions. Once your registration is successful, you can download the eSIM profile directly through the app or from a link sent to your email.
- At a Maxis Centre: You can request an eSIM activation kit at any Maxis Centre. The kit includes a card with a QR code that you will need to scan to set up your eSIM.

Yes, you can convert your physical SIM to an eSIM via the Hotlink app. Before you start, ensure your device is eSIM compatible.
Follow these steps in the Hotlink app:
- Go to ‘myHotlink’ and select ‘eSIM Manager’.
- Follow the on-screen guide, confirm your email address, and tap on ‘Convert to eSIM’.
- RM5 SIM replacement fee will be deducted from your credit balance.

The eSIM needs to be activated via an eSIM enabled device supported by Maxis. You may refer to the list of supported devices here. An eSIM activation kit will be provided upon request. Within the activation kit, you will find an activation card which contains a QR code needed for the set-up.Hotlink Online Store
