What is the Non-Stop Internet pass?

Hotlink Prepaid customers who purchase any Internet Pass will be eligible to redeem FREE non-stop high speed internet on their favourite social, chat or video apps. Just choose among the Non-Stop Prepaid Social, Non-Stop Prepaid Chat and Non-Stop Video Midnight Pass to enjoy unlimited high-speed internet on the following apps.

How to redeem the FREE Non-stop internet pass?

The Non-stop internet pass is only redeemable via the Hotlink app and UMB. Once you receive SMS confirmation, you can start enjoying your FREE non-stop high speed internet on your favourite apps.

Why I am being charged with internet usage when I have the FREE Non-stop internet pass?

If there are pages within an application that is hosted by a third party, internet usages on those pages will not be drawn from the FREE Non-Stop Internet passes but will be drawn from the base internet pass. Please note that P2P and VOIP/Video calls on Facebook and WhatsApp are excluded from the Non-Stop Prepaid Passes and browsing on NJOI or browse any of the 5 video apps outside of the 1am to 7am window are excluded from Non-Stop Video Midnight Pass.

How long is the FREE non-stop high speed internet valid for?

The FREE non-stop high speed internet validity will start from the time of redemption and will end according to the base Internet Pass that you purchased. For example, if you bought a weekly RM10 internet pass which expires in 7 days and you redeem your FREE Prepaid Social on the same day, your FREE Prepaid Social will expire the same time as your base weekly Internet Pass.

Can I tether the FREE non-stop high speed internet to my laptop?

Yes you may tether to other devices. However, there will be a speed cap of 5mbps applied to the tethered data.

Can I redeem multiple Non-Stop Internet passes?

Yes, the Non-Stop Internet passes are stackable. For example, if you buy two of the selected Mobile Internet passes, you will be able to redeem any two of the Non-Stop Internet passes.
