Credit Balance: Your current credit balance remains unchanged and will carry over to your new Hotlink RED plan.
Validity Period: Your validity period will be updated to align with the new plan, without reducing your remaining days.
Mobile Internet Passes: All active internet passes will automatically carry forward to your new plan.
Seamless Transition: As a goodwill gesture, you’ll receive a FREE 3GB 1-Day pass after upgrading to ensure uninterrupted mobile internet usage.
Previous Plan Benefits: Benefits tied exclusively to your old will no longer apply after upgrading.

Yes, you may upgrade to Hotlink Prepaid Plan or Pantas plan via Hotlink app anytime at a fee of RM2.
