To ensure you continue to enjoy great value and connectivity, we are upgrading your plan to the Hotlink Pantas plan, which is a better plan designed to suit your needs with enhanced internet offers and more competitive options especially 365 days SIM active period.

• When will this switch happen?

  Your plan will be upgraded to Hotlink Pantas plan on 27 October 2025 once you agree by replying UP7 to 22622 before 26 October 2025, 11:59pm.

• Are there any charges for this upgrade?

  This upgrade to Hotlink Pantas plan for FREE. You will receive an SMS confirmation once your plan has been successfully upgraded to Hotlink Pantas plan.

• How will I know if my plan has been successfully switched?

  You will receive an SMS confirmation once your plan has been successfully switched to Hotlink Pantas plan.

• What are the benefits of upgrading to Hotlink Pantas plan?

  Upon upgrading to the Hotlink Pantas plan, you will enjoy enhanced benefits, including:

• What will happen to my existing balance & pass subscriptions after I upgrade to Hotlink Pantas plan?

  Credit Balance: Your current credit balance remains unchanged and will carry over to your new Hotlink Pantas plan.

  Validity Period: Your validity period will be updated to align with the new plan, without reducing your remaining days.

  HotlinkMU Passes: All active HotlinkMU passes will automatically carry forward to your new plan.

  Mobile Internet Passes not part of HotlinkMU will expire when you upgrade. To ensure fairness: We’ll replace the remaining value of these passes with equivalent mobile internet passes within 24 hours of your upgrade.

  Seamless Transition: As a goodwill gesture, you’ll receive a FREE 3GB 1-Day pass after upgrading to ensure uninterrupted mobile internet usage.

  Previous Plan Benefits: Benefits tied exclusively to your old will no longer apply after upgrading.

• Can I change my plan to any other Hotlink Plans after switching to Hotlink Pantas?

  Yes, you may upgrade to Hotlink Prepaid Plan via Hotlink app anytime at a fee of RM2.

  1. Access Hotlink app > Change Plan icon on top menu on homepage
  2. Access Hotlink app > myHotlink > Account > (your plan name) > Change Plan
