Terms & Conditions for HotlinkMU Ramadhan 2022 Promo

|PROMO PERIOD||From 6th April 2022 to 29th April 2022, or until the redemptions of free 10GB mobile data (1am to 7 am) are fully redeemed, whichever is earlier.|
|WHO CAN PARTICIPATE (“ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA”)||i. Hotlink app||
(i) You will receive FREE 10GB mobile data that can be used from 1am to 7am upon successful purchase of any of the HotlinkMU Ramadhan promo pass. The FREE 10GB (1am-7am) mobile data will be added to your current mobile data pass. The FREE 10GB mobile data can be used from 1am to 7am streaming and downloads.
(ii) The free 10GB (1am-7am) mobile date is:
(a) On a first-come, first-served basis;
- The Promo is organized by Maxis Broadband Sdn Bhd ('Maxis') and is open to all Hotlink prepaid subscribers who-
- are residents of Malaysia; and
- are at least 18 years of age. Participants below the age of 18 years must obtain written parental consent to participate, a copy of which is to be made available to Maxis upon request at any time. In the event the parent of the Hotlink user (“Parent”) allows the Hotlink user to participate in this Promo, the Parent acknowledges and agrees that the terms and conditions contained herein shall be binding upon the Parent. Participants of this Promo shall mean the person who is registered to participate in this Promo, and shall be subject to proof of eligibility and suitability requirements as stipulated within this terms and conditions and as determined by Maxis.
- The Promo is not valid for HotlinkMU hourly pass and 60-day pass.
- The 10GB free (1am – 7am) mobile data is subject to our Fair Usage Policy at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/hotlink/maxis-fair-usage-policy/
- By participating in this Promo, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions contained herein. In addition to these Terms & Conditions, the terms and conditions applicable for the use of the content and/or service, including terms and conditions for the use of the relevant content and/or service at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/hotlink/personal-hotlink-prepaid/general/general-tnc/ shall apply to you. Failure to comply with any applicable terms, conditions, rules, regulations, instructions or methods shall result in you being not eligible for the Promo.
- The laws of Malaysia shall in all respects govern the Promo. However, it shall be your sole responsibility and obligation to ensure that you comply with and do not contravene with any laws to which you may be personally subject to. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Terms and Conditions shall be referred, both Parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.
- Maxis reserves the right-
- to change, amend, revise, supplement, delete, vary or add to terms & conditions without prior notice at any time and you shall be bound to such changes, amendments, revisions, supplements, deletions, variations or additions;
- at any time, change any aspect of the Promo without prior notice; and
- at its sole discretion to cancel, suspend, modify or delay the Promo in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control. By continued participation in this Promo, you will be deemed to have accepted any changes, amendments, revisions, supplements, deletions, variations or additions, which may be published in https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/hotlink/campaigns/hotlinkmu-ramadhan-2022/.
- This Promo is provided on an "AS IS" basis without any representations or warranties of any kind whether express or implied. Maxis, its related and affiliated corporations disclaim and exclude all warranties relating to or in connection with the Promo including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purposes, security and accuracy.
- In no event shall Maxis, its related and affiliated corporations, sponsors, agencies and representatives be liable to you or to anyone else for any loss or injury or any direct, indirect, special, exemplary, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, whether in contract, negligence or in tort, arising out of or in connection the Promo, and your participation in the Promo.
- Maxis shall not be liable to the participants or for any other party for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by a participant or such other party as a result of participation or non-participation in the Promo or as a result of any act or omission on the part of Maxis.
- Maxis is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of our telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet.
- Maxis reserves the right, in its sole discretion, without prior notice, to disqualify any participant that is found or suspected of tampering with the operation of this Promo or to be in violation of the terms and conditions.
- PERSONAL INFORMATION/PERSONAL DATA
The personal information/personal data collected may be used in future by Maxis to provide participants with further information about similar campaigns and information in relation thereto, which participants may opt out of by informing Maxis of the participant’s decision to do so. Participants’ personal information/personal data is subject to the safeguards concerning privacy and security of data as set out in Maxis’ Group Privacy Statement at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/privacy-statement/ and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
You shall ensure that all personal information/ personal data provided to Maxis is accurate at the point of submission and that Maxis is kept informed and updated of any change in their personal information/personal data.
