Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”) - Hotlink Online Exclusive Deals Campaign: Get RM12 Foodpanda Voucher

    1. The Campaign: Hotlink Online Exclusive Deals Campaign: Get RM12 Foodpanda Voucher.
    2. You: Person(s) signing up for Hotlink Postpaid 40 Plan (“ParticipatingHotlink Plan”).
    3. Campaign Period: Effective from 28 March 2023 until 30 April 2023 (both dates inclusive).
    4. The Campaign and use of the Service(s) is subject to the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”) at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/hotlink/general/, this Service Specific Terms & Conditions – Hotlink Online Exclusive Deals Campaign: Get RM12 Foodpanda Voucher (“SSTC”), Maxis Fair Usage Policy (“FUP”) at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/maxis-fair-usage-policy/ and any other applicable terms and conditions, all available at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/hotlink/.
    5. Capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
    6. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC and the GTC, this SSTC shall prevail over the GTC.
    7. We reserve the rights without liability, to revise this SSTC, the GTC, Campaign and our pricing at our sole discretion. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded. You accept that you are responsible for regularly reviewing information on the Plan and Service(s) www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/hotlink/, including changes to the Agreement. Your continued use of the Service(s), and/or Plan (after the Effective Date of any revision/change to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, Services, and/or Plan) shall constitute unconditional acceptance by you of such revisions/changes and you shall be bound by the same. If you do not accept such revisions/changes, you will terminate the Plan and/or the use of the Services by giving us written notice within twenty (28) days from the Effective Date, failing which you are deemed to have accepted the changes.
    1. You must be a new Hotlink Postpaid customer who: (i) is at least 18 years of age; and (ii) signs up for the Participating Hotlink Plan.
    2. You are ineligible for the Campaign if you have any outstanding payments with us.
    3. The Campaign is inapplicable to you if you are a commercial user and/or bulk subscriber.
    4. Notwithstanding the above, your eligibility to participate in the Campaign and the giving out of the Foodpanda voucher (“Rewards”) are subject to our absolute discretion.
    1. You are responsible for payment of all Charges associated with Participating Hotlink Plan both during and after the Campaign Period. Charges exclude applicable taxes.
    1. To participate in this Campaign, you are required to sign up for Participating Hotlink Plan as stated in Clause 15 during the Campaign Period via Hotlink Online Store at https://store.hotlink.com.my/partner/foodpanda/?mcReferral=P-F&utm_source=partner&utm_medium=app&utm_campaign=foodpanda_hp40 (“Participant(s)”).
    2. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Participating Hotlink Plan (i.e., Hotlink Postpaid 40 Plan) at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products/postpaid/sstc/.
    1. Subject to the fulfilment of the terms and conditions of this Campaign and successful registration of any of the Participating Hotlink Plan, you will enjoy the following Rewards:

    1.  Rewards will be given on a “first come first serve” basis to the first 5,000 Participants who have successfully signed up and activated any of the Participating Hotlink Plan during the Campaign Period via Hotlink Online Store in accordance withClause 13 above;

    2. In respect of the Foodpanda voucher, Hotlink will send a SMS containing the Foodpanda voucher redemption code to Registered Mobile Number of the relevant Participant(s) within fifteen (15) days upon successful line activation.

    3. The Foodpanda voucher is valid for redemption and use until 31 May 2023 only.

    1. During the Campaign Period, you shall NOT:
      1. terminate or suspend the Participating Hotlink Plan which you have registered;
      2. fail to activate the Participating Hotlink Plan which you have registered;
      3. and
      4. change or transfer ownership of the registered Participating Hotlink Plan to another person.
    2. If any of the events in Clause 16 above occur, you will no longer be entitled to the Rewards.

    1. Maxis reserves the right to forfeit the Rewards if our attempt to fulfil the Rewards fails for any reason whatsoever.
    2. Maxis' decision on the selection of Participants who are eligible and entitled to the Rewards shall be final and conclusive and Hotlink shall entertain no correspondence, complaint, or appeal at any time during or after the Campaign Period.
    3. Maxis shall not be liable to the Participants or any other party for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by a Participant or such other party as a result of participation or non-participation in the Campaign or as a result of any act or omission on Hotlink’ part.
    4. The Rewards are not exchangeable for cash.
    5. Only one (1) Reward will be given per each Mobile Station Integrated Services Digital Network (MSISDN) new subscription and activation; and
    6. Any Rewards unutilized and/or unredeemed are not encashable, returnable and/or refundable.
    7. Maxis is not an agent, subsidiary or affiliate of Foodpanda, and make no representation or warranties as to the quality, merchantability, fitness of the Rewards and shall not be liable for any loss and damages suffered from the use of the Rewards.
    8. The terms and conditions stated herein shall be governed by the Laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
