Service Specific Terms & Conditions – Hotlink Kongsi Raya Promotion 2026 (“SSTC”)

• General

  1. Promotion: Hotlink Kongsi Raya Promotion 2026.
  2. Promotion Period: Effective from 12.00 AM on 29th January 2026 until 11.59 PM on 31st March 2026 (both dates inclusive).
  3. The Offer: Bonus data allocated monthly for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months as follows:
     • Hotlink Postpaid 45: Bonus 50GB monthly.
     • Hotlink Postpaid 60 & 70: Bonus 100GB monthly.
  4. Participating Plans: Hotlink Postpaid 45, Hotlink Postpaid 60, and Hotlink Postpaid 70.
  5. This Promotion is governed by this SSTC. All other standard terms and conditions, including the Maxis General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”) and the Maxis Fair Usage Policy (“FUP”), remain applicable and continue to bind the customer.

• Eligibility

  To be eligible for this Promotion, you must be a New or Existing customer of Hotlink who meets the following criteria:

  1. New Registration: Individuals who sign up for a new line under Hotlink Postpaid 45, 60, or 70 during the Promotion Period.
  2. Plan Upgrades (Existing Customers): Existing Hotlink Postpaid customers who perform a plan upgrade during the Promotion Period in the following manner:
     • Upgrade from Hotlink Postpaid 30 to Hotlink Postpaid 45, 60, or 70.
     • Upgrade from Hotlink Postpaid 45 to Hotlink Postpaid 60 or 70.
     • Upgrade from Hotlink Postpaid 60 to Hotlink Postpaid 70.

• Promotion Mechanics

  1. Allocation: The Bonus Data will be credited to your account upon successful registration or upgrade and will be refreshed monthly for twelve (12) months.
  2. Fulfillment Timeline: The free additional data will be reflected as a Mobile Internet pass in the Hotlink app within 30 days of registration/upgrade. You will receive a confirmation SMS upon successful activation.
  3. Billing Display: The bonus data will be reflected in your Hotlink bill from the 2nd month of your registration date onwards.
  4. Usage: The Bonus Data will be utilized first before your base plan data quota.
  5. Tethering/Hotspot: You may share the free additional data via hotspot with other devices at full speed.
  6. Validity: Any unutilized Bonus Data at the end of each billing cycle will be forfeited and will not be carried forward to the following month. The data refreshes monthly as long as the line remains active on an eligible plan.
  7. Plan Changes: If you change your plan to a non-eligible plan or downgrade your plan during the 12-month period, the Bonus Data will be automatically terminated.

• Additional Features & Requirements

  1. "AS IS" Basis: This Promotion is provided on an "AS IS" basis without any representations or warranties. Maxis disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for particular purposes, and accuracy.
  2. Non-Exchangeable: The Bonus Data/Benefit is not exchangeable for cash, nor is it encashable, returnable, or refundable.
  3. Final Decision: Maxis’ decision on eligible participants shall be final and conclusive.
  4. Limitation of Liability: Maxis shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or direct/indirect damages arising from participation in the Promotion.
  5. Technical Issues: Maxis is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, network interruptions, or unauthorized access to user communications.
  6. Disqualification: Maxis reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of tampering with the Promotion or violating terms.
  7. Suspension/Termination: Maxis reserves the right to restrict or terminate the Promotion if usage shows excessive burden on the network, is for unlawful/fraudulent activities, violates FUP, or is for commercial/non-personal purposes.
  8. Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by the Laws of Malaysia.
