Service Specific Terms & Conditions – Hotlink Prepaid East Malaysia Offer (“SSTC”)

- Offer: Hotlink Prepaid East Malaysia Offer
- Hotlink Participating Plan(s): Hotlink Prepaid 1.0 which terms and conditions are set out in Service Specific Terms & Conditions – Hotlink Prepaid 1.0 (“SSTC – Hotlink Prepaid 1.0”) at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products/prepaid/hotlink-prepaid/.
- Participating Region(s): Sabah and Sarawak only
- You: Person(s) who subscribe(s) to Hotlink Participating Plan(s) and sign(s) up for the Offer in any of the Participating Region only.
- Offer Period: Effective from 1 April 2026 until 31 August 2026 (both dates inclusive) or full redemption of Offer, whichever is earlier.
- The Offer and your use of the Service(s) is subject to the General Terms & Conditions ("GTC") at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/hotlink/personal-hotlink-prepaid/general/general-tnc, this Service Specific Terms & Conditions – Hotlink Prepaid East Malaysia Offer ("SSTC"), Maxis Fair Usage Policy at http://www.maxis.com.my/FUP ("Maxis FUP") and any other applicable terms and conditions, all at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/hotlink/.
- Capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
- Any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC, the GTC and Summary Terms and Conditions ("STC"), shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) SSTC; (b) GTC; and (c) STC.
- We reserve the rights without liability, to revise this SSTC, the Offer and our pricing. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded. You accept you are responsible for regularly reviewing information on the Offer, our plan(s) and Service(s) at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/, including changes to the Agreement. Your continued use of the Offer (after the Effective Date of any revision/change to the terms and conditions of Agreement, Service(s), plan(s) and/or Offer) shall constitute unconditional acceptance by you of such revisions/changes and you shall be bound by the same. If you do not accept such revisions/changes, you may terminate the Offer(s), plan(s) and/or the Service(s) by giving us written notice within twenty (28) days from the Effective Date, failing which you are assumed to have accepted the changes.

- To enjoy the Offer, you must be a new or existing customer of Maxis who:
- is a Hotlink prepaid subscriber;
- is a resident in Malaysia;
- is at least 18 years of age. Users below the age of 18 years old must obtain written parental consent to participate, a copy of which is to be made available to Maxis upon request at any time. In the event the parent of the Hotlink user (“Parent”) allows the Hotlink user to participate in this Promotion, the Parent acknowledges and agrees that the terms and conditions contained herein shall be binding upon the Parent;
- registers your SIM with Maxis/Hotlink dealer in the Participating Region(s); and
- has signed up for, and maintain an active account under, the Hotlink Participating Plan.
- Further to Clause 10 above, you are ineligible for the Offer if:
- you owe us any payments.
- you are a commercial user and/or bulk subscriber.
- Your eligibility to enjoy in the Offer is subject to proof of eligibility and suitability requirements as stipulated within this SSTC and as determined by Maxis.
- To enjoy the Offer, you must be a new or existing customer of Maxis who:

- Free food and beverage voucher(s) for successful purchase of any of the internet pass in clause 13 (a).
- The Offer as stated above is, to the extent permissible by applicable laws, subject to change at Maxis’ sole discretion.
- Each Offer has a specific validity period and subject to applicable terms and conditions. Please refer to the terms and conditions specified on the Offer for more information. You are required to use the Offer you received within the validity period.
- The Offer comprises of two (2) offers:

- You must log in the Hotlink app to receive the RM10 internet discount voucher.
- This offer is eligible for internet pass purchase in clause 13(a) through Hotlink app only.
- You must apply the RM10 internet discount voucher in Hotlink app to get the discounted price.

- You must log in the Hotlink app to receive the food and beverage voucher(s).
- You must purchase any of the internet pass stated in clause 13(a).
- You must apply the RM10 internet discount voucher when purchasing the eligible internet pass in Hotlink app.

- This Offer is provided on an "AS IS" basis without any representations or warranties of any kind whether express or implied. Maxis, its related and affiliated corporations disclaim and exclude all warranties relating to or in connection with the Offer.
- The Offer is not exchangeable for cash. Any Offer unutilized and/or unredeemed are not encashable, returnable and/or refundable.
- Maxis’ decision on your eligibility and entitlement to the Offer shall be final and conclusive and Maxis shall entertain no correspondence, complaint, or appeal.
- In no event shall Maxis, its related and affiliated corporations, sponsors, agencies and representatives be liable to you or to anyone else for any loss or injury or any direct, indirect, special, exemplary, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, whether in contract, negligence or in tort, arising out of or in connection the Offer.
- Maxis is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of our telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet.
- We reserve the rights at any time without being liable to you or any third party to interrupt, bar, suspend, restrict the Offer and/or Service(s) for such time as we see fit or terminate, discontinue or disconnect the Offer and/or Service(s) if your usage:
- shows excessive usage or placing unusual burdens on the Network;
- is for unlawful activities or for suspected fraudulent activities;
- is not in accordance with Maxis FUP; and/or
- is for commercial/non-personal purposes.
- The terms and conditions stated herein shall be governed by the Laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
