Service Specific Terms & Conditions –HotlinkMU Raya Haji 2026 Promotion (“SSTC”)

    1. Promotion: HotlinkMU Raya Haji 2026 Promotion.
    2. Service(s): Hotlink Prepaid
    3. You: All Hotlink Prepaid subscribers who are eligible to participate in this Promotion.
    4. Promotion Period: Effective from 22 May 2026 until 29 May 2026 (both dates inclusive) or full redemption of Benefit as determined by Maxis, whichever is earlier.
    5. Benefit: Free 300GB of mobile data.
    6. Participating Deal(s): All HotlinkMU RAYA 300 promotion passes. For clarity, other HotlinkMU passes including, hourly pass, 5-day pass, 7-day pass, 30-day pass and 60-day pass are not applicable under this Promotion.
    7. The Promotion and your use of the Service(s) are subject to the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”) at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/hotlink/general/, this Service Specific Terms & Conditions – HotlinkMU Raya Haji 2026 Promotion (“SSTC”), Summary Terms and Conditions (“STC”) at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products/postpaid/general/, Maxis Fair Usage Policy (“FUP”) accessible at www.maxis.com.my/FUP and any other applicable terms and conditions, all available at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/hotlink/.
    8. Further, the use of the Service(s) is subject to the applicable Service Specific Terms & Conditions of the Services subscribed by you which are available at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products/prepaid/ (“SSTC Subscribed Services”).
    9. By participating in the Promotion in accordance with Clause 18 below and/or accepting the Benefit, you declare that you have read, understood and agree to the applicable terms and conditions under this SSTC and Maxis Group Privacy Notice at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/privacy-notice/ (“MGPN”), and consent to the processing of the personal data shared by you including sensitive personal data in accordance with MGPN. If you do not wish to participate in the Promotion, you must notify Maxis to opt-out.
    10. Failure to comply with applicable terms and conditions under this SSTC, shall result in disqualification from the Promotion.
    11. Capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
    12. Any conflict or inconsistency between:
      1. this SSTC, the GTC and STC, shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) this SSTC; (b) GTC; and (c) STC; and
      2. this SSTC and the SSTC Subscribed Services, this SSTC shall take precedence only in respect of the Promotion.
    13. We reserve the rights without liability, to revise this SSTC, the manner in which the Promotion is conducted and/or discontinue interrupt, bar, suspend, restrict and/or terminate the Promotion (whether in whole or in part), at any time as we deem fit whether with or without prior notice to you and will not be liable to you and/or any third party for any loss (including loss of revenue), loss of services or connectivity or inconvenience as a result thereof. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded. Where no prior notice is provided, we will to the extent commercially reasonably practicable provide you with prior notice of such changes in any form as we deem reasonable and appropriate. The prevailing terms and conditions of this SSTC and the Promotion will be updated on our official website from time to time, whereby the updated terms and conditions will apply and supersede all previous versions. Your continued use of the Service(s) and the Benefit after any changes to the terms and conditions of this SSTC and the Campaign is effective will constitute unconditional acceptance by you of such variations, additions or amendments and you will be bound by the same.
    1. The Promotion is open to all new or existing Maxis prepaid customer who: 
      1. purchases any of the Participating Deal(s) during the Promotion Period; 
      2. is a resident in Malaysia; and 
      3. is at least twelve (12) years of age with a valid National Identity Registration Card (“NRIC”). Participants below the age of twelve (12) years old must obtain written parental consent to participate, a copy of which is to be made available to Maxis upon request at any time. In the event the parent of the Hotlink prepaid user (“Parent”) allows the Hotlink prepaid user to participate in this Promotion, the Parent acknowledges and agrees that the terms and conditions contained herein shall be binding upon the Parent. 
    2. You may be requested to provide proof of eligibility and suitability requirements as stipulated under this SSTC and as determined by Maxis.
    3. Notwithstanding the above, your eligibility to participate in the Promotion and Maxis giving out of the Benefit are subject to our absolute discretion. 
    1. You are responsible for payment of all Charges associated with the Service(s) and Participating Deal(s) you signed up for during and after the Promotion Period. 
    1. To participate in the Promotion and be eligible for the Benefit, you are required to purchase any of the Participating Deal(s) during the Promotion Period via Hotlink mobile app or by dialing *100#.
    1. Subject to the fulfilment of the terms and conditions of this Promotion and successful purchase of any of the Participating Deal(s), you will be eligible to enjoy the Benefit.
    2. The Benefit is given on a first come, first serve basis and is subject to FUP.
    3. The Benefit will be added to your current Internet Pass. The Benefit can be used all day within the validity period which varies based on the Internet Pass which you subscribed to. 
    4. The Benefit can be used for streaming and download purposes only.
    1. This Promotion is provided on an "AS IS" basis without any representations or warranties of any kind whether express or implied. Maxis, its related and affiliated corporations disclaim and exclude all warranties relating to or in connection with the Promotion including warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, security and accuracy.
    2. The Benefit is not exchangeable for cash. Any Benefit unutilized and/or unredeemed is not encashable, returnable and/or refundable.
    3. Maxis’ decision on the selection of participants who are eligible and entitled to the Benefit shall be final and conclusive and Maxis shall entertain no correspondence, complaint, or appeal at any time during or after the Promotion Period.
    4. In no event shall Maxis, its related and affiliated corporations, sponsors, agencies and representatives be liable to you or to anyone else for any loss or injury or any direct, indirect, special, exemplary, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, whether in contract, negligence or in tort, arising out of or in connection the Promotion, and your participation in the Promotion.
    5. Maxis shall not be liable to you or for any other party for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by you or such other party as a result of participation or non-participation in the Promotion or as a result of any act or omission on the part of Maxis.
    6. Maxis reserves the right, in its sole discretion, without prior notice, to disqualify any participant that is found or suspected of tampering with the operation of this Promotion or to be in violation of the terms and conditions of this SSTC. 
    7. We reserve the rights at any time without being liable to you or any third party to interrupt, bar, suspend, restrict the Promotion and/or Service(s) for such time as we see fit or terminate, discontinue or disconnect the Promotion and/or Service(s) if your usage:
      1. shows excessive usage or placing unusual burdens on the network;
      2. is for unlawful activities or for suspected fraudulent activities;
      3. is not in accordance with FUP; and/or
      4. is for commercial/non-personal purposes.
