Service Specific Terms & Conditions – RM50 30 days Monthly Internet Data Pass with sooka All Sports & Entertainment (“SSTC”)

- Promotion: RM50 30 days FREE premium access to sooka All Sports & Entertainment streaming service with Hotlink Prepaid 1.0.
- You: Hotlink Prepaid1.0 subscriber(s) who purchase(s) Eligible Internet Pass and sign(s) up for the Promotion.
- Eligible Internet Pass: RM50 30-day Internet Pass under Hotlink Prepaid 1.0, which terms and conditions are at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products/prepaid/hotlink-prepaid/.
- Benefit: Free 30 Days access to sooka All Sports & Entertainment for every RM50 30-day Internet Pass.
- Promotion Period: 4th May 2024 to 31st December 2024 (both dates inclusive) or such other period as determined by Maxis.
- This Promotion and your use of Service(s) are subject to the General Terms & Conditions ("GTC") at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/hotlink/general, the Summary Terms & Conditions (“STC”) at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/general/summary/, this Service Specific Terms & Conditions – RM50 30 days Monthly Internet Data Pass with sooka All Sports & Entertainment (“SSTC”), the Hotlink Prepaid Unlimited SSTC, the Service Specific Terms & Conditions – Maxis TV ("Maxis TV SSTC") at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products-services/entertainment/maxis-tv/, Maxis Fair Usage Policy (“FUP”) and any other applicable terms and conditions, all at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/
- Capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
- Any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC, the GTC, the STC, https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products/prepaid/hotlink-prepaid/, shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) this SSTC; (b) https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products/prepaid/hotlink-prepaid/; and (e) STC.
- We reserve the rights without liability, to revise this SSTC, the GTC, Promotion and our pricing at our sole discretion. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded. You accept that you are responsible for regularly reviewing information on the plan(s) and Service(s) www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/hotlink/, including changes to the Agreement. Your continued use of the Promotion, Service(s), and/or plan(s) (after the Effective Date of any revision/change to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, Promotion, Services, and/or plan(s)) shall constitute unconditional acceptance by you of such revisions/changes and you shall be bound by the same. If you do not accept such revisions/changes, you will terminate the Promotion, plan(s) and/or the use of the Services by giving us written notice within twenty (28) days from the Effective Date, failing which you are deemed to have accepted the changes.

- In order to be eligible to participate in the Promotion, you must be:
- an active Hotlink Prepaid 1.0 subscriber with an active Eligible Internet Pass;
- a resident in Malaysia;
- at least 18 years of age. Participants below the age of 18 years old must obtain written parental consent to subscribe, a copy of which is to be made available to Maxis upon request at any time. In the event the parent of the Hotlink user (“Parent”) allows the Hotlink user to subscribe to the Pass, the Parent acknowledges and agrees that the terms and conditions contained herein shall be binding upon the Parent.
- You are not eligible for the Pass if you owe us any payments or if you are a commercial user and / or bulk subscriber.
- Maxis reserves the right to alter the eligibility criteria at any time.
- In order to be eligible to participate in the Promotion, you must be:

- The sooka Sports & Entertainment subscription under this Promotion is strictly for access in Malaysia only.
- You must activate sooka Sports & Entertainment via https://lifestyle.maxis.com.my/entertainment. to enjoy the 30 days free premium access to sooka Sports & Entertainment under this Promotion.
- You may check your Promotion subscription details at https://lifestyle.maxis.com.my/entertainment. or sooka mobile and web application.
- You may unsubscribe from the sooka Sports & Entertainment service at any time via https://lifestyle.maxis.com.my/entertainment. or from sooka app. After the unsubscription of sooka Sports & Entertainment service is done, you will continue to have access to sooka Sports & Entertainment streaming service until the end of your billing cycle for sooka Sports & Entertainment service that particular month which you have unsubscribed for.
- Maxis reserves the rights in its sole and absolute discretion to withdraw, terminate or to modify the terms of this Promotion, Benefit and/or Service (including the monthly renewal fee and applicable charges) at any time without notice to you and with no liability.

- The Promotion and Benefit are provided on an "AS IS" basis without any representations or warranties of any kind whether express or implied. Maxis, its related and affiliated corporations disclaim and exclude all warranties relating to or in connection with the Promotion and Benefit including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purposes, security and accuracy.
- The Promotion and Benefit are not exchangeable for cash. Any Benefit unutilized and/or unredeemed are not encashable, returnable and/or refundable.
- In no event shall Maxis, its related and affiliated corporations, sponsors, agencies and representatives be liable to you or to anyone else for any loss or injury or any direct, indirect, special, exemplary, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, whether in contract, negligence or in tort, arising out of or in connection with the Pass.
- We reserve the rights at any time without being liable to you or any third party to interrupt, bar, suspend, restrict the Promotion, Benefit and/or Service(s) for such time as we see fit or terminate, discontinue or disconnect the Promotion, Benefit and/or Service(s) if your usage:
- shows excessive usage or placing unusual burdens on the network;
- is for unlawful activities or for suspected fraudulent activities;
- is not in accordance with FUP; and/or
- is for commercial/non-personal purposes.
- The terms and conditions stated herein shall be governed by the Laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
