Service Specific Terms & Conditions – Hotlink Online Store (“SSTC”)

Version [15 May 2024]

    1. Channel: Hotlink Online Store accessible at our official website at https://store.hotlink.com.my/.
    2. By accessing the Channel, you are subjected to the General Terms & Conditions ("GTC") at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/hotlink/personal-hotlink-prepaid/general/general-tnc/, this Service Specific Terms & Conditions – Hotlink Online Store ("SSTC"), Maxis Fair Usage Policy at www.maxis.com.my/FUP and any other applicable terms and conditions, all at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/hotlink/.
    3. Capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
    4. Any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC, the GTC and Summary Terms and Conditions ("STC"), shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) SSTC; (b) GTC; and (c) STC.
    5. We reserve the rights without liability, to revise this SSTC. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded. You accept you are responsible for regularly reviewing information on this Channel, and our Service(s)at https://store.hotlink.com.my/, including changes to the Agreement. Your continued use of this Channel (after the Effective Date of any revision/change to the terms and conditions of Agreement and/or Services) shall constitute unconditional acceptance by you of such revisions/changes and you shall be bound by the same. If you do not accept such revisions/changes, you may discontinue using this Channel and/or the Service(s), failing which you are assumed to have accepted the changes.
    1. We may not accept your order placed at the Channel due to any one or more of the following non-exhaustive reasons:-
      1. we are not able to obtain authorization or validation of your payment due to any reason whatsoever;
      2. any of the items or Services is out of stock or we no longer offer; and/or
      3. our system failure.
    2. Delivery of the item shall be made to the address as specified by you in the online order form.
    3. We do not deliver the item out of Malaysia or to PO Box addresses.
    4. If the delivery attempt(s) fail for any reason not attributable by us, your order will be cancelled, and we will not entertain any refund request. Self-collection of the item ordered is not allowed.
    5. Orders of the item will be delivered or couriered from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Public Holidays in the respective State.
    6. You must sign the delivery order at point of collection as proof of successful delivery.
    7. We rely on you to give us accurate information to enable us to deliver your order successfully. You must provide correct delivery information as we do not entertain changes to the delivery address once you have submitted your order.
    8. Any dates quoted for delivery are approximate only and delays may occur.  We shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery of the item caused by the third party or for any reason.
    9. An email on delivery tracking details will be sent to your email stated in the order form once your order is processed and payment is successful.
    10. For SIM Card, once it is delivered and receipt by you, you must download Hotlink App for registration to activate your SIM Card. Please refer to https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/plan/sim-self-registration/ or walk-in to the nearest Maxis Store for assistance.
    1. Cancellation and refund are allowed before your order is packed or shipped only. Once the item is packed or shipped, no cancellation and refund is allowed and we shall reject any cancellation/refund request without any liability.
    2. Subject to Clause 16 above, you may contact our customer service at 1-800-82-1123 for cancellation and refund. Cancellation will be processed within forty-eight (48) hours and Maxis will refund the net amount paid by you (not include any voucher amount), within fourteen (14) business days of successful cancellation, to your account, depending on your payment method.
    1. In no event shall Maxis, its related and affiliated corporations, sponsors, agencies and representatives be liable to you or to anyone else for any loss or injury or any direct, indirect, special, exemplary, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, whether in contract, negligence or in tort, arising out of or in connection with the product.
    2. The terms and conditions stated herein shall be governed by the Laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
