Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”) - Hotlink Jom Invite Member Programme

    1. The Programme: Hotlink Jom Invite Member.
    2. You: means the member of the Programme.
    3. The Programme is subject to the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”), this Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”) at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/hotlink/personal-hotlink-prepaid/general/general-tnc/, Maxis Fair Usage Policy and any other applicable terms and conditions, all at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/hotlink/.
    4. Capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
    5. Any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC, the GTC and Summary Terms and Conditions (“STC”), shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) SSTC; (b) GTC; and (c) STC.
    6. We reserve the rights without liability, to revise this SSTC, Programme, and the Reward. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions will be superseded. You accept you are responsible for regularly reviewing information on the SSTC and the Programme at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/hotlink/prepaid/rewards-promotions/jom-invite-member/, including changes to the Agreement. Your continued participate of the Programme shall constitute unconditional acceptance by you of such revisions/changes and you shall be bound by the same. You should not register as a member (be it referrer or referee) or to participate in the Programme in any manner if you do not accept this SSTC which may be changed from time to time. You may not participate in the Programme where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable law or regulations.
    1. To participate in this Programme, you must be: -
      1. an existing Hotlink Prepaid and Hotlink Postpaid subscriber (excluding Hotlink Postpaid and Fibre) (“Referrer”) and send the Invite Link (as defined in clause 8) to invite your family or friends, who is not a Hotlink or Maxis subscriber (“Referee”) to purchase a Hotlink Plan via Hotlink Online Store.
      2. You must be at least 18 years of age with a valid NRIC or passport.
    1. A Referrer can get a unique link from either Hotlink app or Hotlink Postpaid app and send it to the Referee (“Invite Link”). The Invite Link is valid for fourteen (14) days from the day the Referrer copy or share the Invite Link from the Hotlink app or Hotlink Postpaid app.
    2. Your Hotlink account must be active at all times to be able to copy/share the Invite Link under the Programme and receive the Reward.
    1. Once the Referrer send out the Invite Link to the Referee, the Referee is required to use the Invite Link to purchase any Hotlink Plan via Hotlink Online Store at https://store.hotlink.com.my/.
    2. When a Referee successfully activated the SIM Card and registered the Hotlink Plans, both the Referrer and the Referee are eligible to receive the Reward.
    1. Reward is a RM25 Hotlink credit or Hotlink Postpaid bill rebate to be given both Referrer and Referee, based on each successful referral and completed purchase of any Hotlink Plan via Hotlink Online Store.
    2. Fulfillment of Reward:
      1. Hotlink Prepaid: one-time Hotlink credit fulfillment to main balance.
      2. Hotlink Postpaid: the bill rebate will be staggered across five (5) bill cycles starting from the next month’s billing of the Hotlink Postpaid.
    3. For Referrer, the Reward is limit to five (5) times per person per NRIC/ passport.
    4. For Referee, the Reward is limit to one (1) time only per person per NRIC/ passport.
    5. The Reward in the form of bill rebate does not cover any mobile device payment.
    6. The Reward will be forfeited if any other following occurs:
      1. Hotlink account is terminated or you have ported out;
      2. transfer the Hotlink account ownership to another person;
      3. change rate plan from Hotlink Prepaid/Hotlink Postpaid to Maxis Postpaid or from Hotlink Postpaid to Hotlink Prepaid.
